Our Peel & Reveal Labels are available in a wide range of premium materials and finishes to suit almost any product or application. Choose from clear films for a seamless 'no-label' look, classic white materials, metallic finishes and premium matt or gloss laminates to complement your brand and packaging.
For environmentally conscious brands, we also offer recycled paper and eco-friendly material options, alongside textured papers such as Tintoretto for a distinctive, premium finish. If your labels need to withstand moisture, oils or frequent handling, our waterproof synthetic materials provide outstanding durability and long-lasting performance.
Using high-opacity white ink printing, we produce vibrant colours and crisp text on clear, metallic and coloured materials. Combined with our HP Indigo digital printing technology, every Peel & Reveal Label delivers exceptional print quality, sharp detail and a professional finish.

Shapes, Sizes & Customisation
Every product is different, which is why our Peel & Reveal Labels are manufactured in virtually any shape, size or format. Choose from round, square, rectangular, oval or fully custom die-cut labels, all produced to your exact dimensions and artwork requirements.
Whether you need multi-panel labels, front-and-back constructions or full wrap-around designs, we can create a solution tailored to your packaging. Our digital printing process also makes small production runs and pre-production samples cost-effective, allowing you to test artwork, approve colours and make changes before committing to a full production run.

Embellishment Options
Enhance your Peel & Reveal Labels with a wide choice of premium embellishments and decorative finishes. Choose from gloss, matt, metallic and textured varnishes, together with specialist options including hot foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and tactile coatings to create eye-catching, high-quality packaging.
For promotional and interactive applications, we also offer scratch-off panels and other custom finishing options that help your labels engage customers while adding durability, depth and a luxury finish. Whether you're launching a premium product or strengthening your brand identity, our embellishment options ensure your labels leave a lasting impression.

Integrated Tactile Warning Triangles
Our Peel & Reveal Labels can be enhanced with integrated tactile warning triangles and a wide range of premium finishing options, including gloss, matt, metallic and textured varnishes. Tactile warning triangles are used on products containing hazardous substances to help visually impaired users identify potential risks by touch, supporting UK and EU packaging requirements where applicable.
Alongside tactile varnish, we also offer scratch-off panels, interactive competition reveal layers, hot foil, embossing, debossing and spot UV finishes. These specialist embellishments combine compliance, durability and premium presentation, helping your packaging stand out while delivering a high-quality user experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About Peel & Reveal Labels
Find answers about materials, printed panels, applications, artwork, production and ordering custom peel & reveal labels.
What are Peel & Reveal Labels?
Peel & Reveal Labels are multi-layer labels that provide extra printable space without increasing the size of your packaging. Also known as peel-back labels or extended content labels, the top layer lifts to reveal ingredients, instructions, translations, safety information or promotional content beneath.
How many printed panels can they include?
We can produce up to three-ply constructions with as many as five printed panels. The best construction depends on the amount of information required, the label size and how the finished label needs to open and reseal.
What are Peel & Reveal Labels used for?
They are commonly used for cosmetics, skincare, food and drink, supplements, household products, chemicals, pet care and promotional campaigns. They are ideal wherever additional ingredients, instructions, regulatory text, multilingual information or hidden content is required.
What materials are available?
Material options include white and clear films, waterproof synthetic stocks, metallic substrates, recycled papers, textured papers and premium matt or gloss finishes. We can recommend the most suitable material for your packaging, environment and application method.
Are Peel & Reveal Labels waterproof?
Waterproof synthetic and laminated options are available for products exposed to moisture, condensation, oils or frequent handling. The correct material and adhesive will depend on the container and conditions in which the product is used.
Can you print white ink?
Yes. High-opacity white ink can be printed beneath colours or text on clear, metallic and tinted materials. This keeps artwork bright, crisp and easy to read while allowing selected areas of the material to remain visible.
Can every label contain different information?
Yes. Variable data printing can be used for unique QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, batch information, personalised content, flavours, designs or promotional codes across the same production run.
Can they include QR codes and barcodes?
Yes. QR codes and barcodes can be printed on the outside or concealed beneath the peelable layer. We can also produce unique codes on every label for tracking, competitions, authentication or customer engagement.
Can Peel & Reveal Labels be machine-applied?
Yes. Labels can be supplied on rolls with the correct winding direction, leading edge, gap, core size and maximum roll diameter for compatible automatic or semi-automatic application equipment.
Do they work on small or curved containers?
Yes, subject to the available label area and the container shape. We regularly produce multi-layer labels for bottles, jars, tubs and other curved packaging and can advise on size, construction, adhesive and peel direction.
Can I order samples before full production?
Yes. Samples and short test runs can be produced so you can assess the size, material, fit, opening action and finished appearance before approving a larger production order.
Can you help with the artwork?
Yes. Our team can check panel alignment, bleed, safe areas, peel direction, artwork positioning and technical setup. We can also help prepare artwork where additional design support is required.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the label size, construction, material and finish. Digital production makes shorter runs possible, so send us your requirements and we will provide the most cost-effective option.
How long does production take?
Most Peel & Reveal Label orders are produced within approximately 7–10 working days after artwork approval. More complex constructions, materials or embellishments may require additional production time.
Can tactile warning triangles be included?
Yes. Integrated tactile warning triangles and raised tactile varnish options are available for applicable hazardous products. We can advise on the appropriate position and construction for your packaging.
What is the difference between Peel & Reveal and booklet labels?
Peel & Reveal Labels use peelable printed layers to create additional panels within a compact construction. Booklet labels generally contain a folded leaflet beneath an outer label and are better suited to much larger amounts of text.
