Personalised labels are normally dispatched within 2 working days once your artwork/proof is approved. We’ll keep you informed if we need anything from you before production can begin.

Premium 24-Hour Delivery

We use DHL Ecommerce UK, DPD, APC, or Royal Mail Tracked 24, depending on the weight of your parcel.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive email and text updates (if a mobile number is provided). A signature is usually required upon delivery.

Returns

Because these are personalised / made-to-order, returns are not available unless the items are faulty or there is an error on our part. If there’s a problem, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your print will be as good as the file supplied — so sending the right format makes a big difference.

Best option (recommended)

• Vector PDF with outlined text (or fonts supplied)
• Artwork supplied at the correct finished size
• High-resolution images (if used)

• If your design includes small text, vector artwork is strongly recommended
• Keep important text away from edges
