Can I get a proof before you print?

What happens if my artwork has an issue?
If anything looks off (bleed, borders, low resolution, alignment, fonts, etc.) we’ll call or email you directly to fix it quickly.
How fast do you dispatch personalised printed labels?
We aim to ship within 24 hours, but always within 48 hours once your artwork/proof is approved.
Are there waterproof options?
Yes — choose transparent waterproof or matt white polyester waterproof for moisture-resistant applications.
Do you offer removable labels?
Yes — select removable paper if you need labels that peel off more cleanly (always test on your surface first).
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes — choose recycled, biodegradable or brown kraft for a more eco-conscious option.
Will colours look different on kraft, coloured or fluorescent materials?
Yes — the base material colour affects the final print. Bold designs and darker text usually look best. If colour matching is critical, request a proof.
What surfaces do labels stick to best?
They perform best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as glass, plastic packaging, cardboard, tins and cartons. For textured surfaces, test first.
Can you print QR codes and barcodes?
Yes. For best scan reliability, provide vector artwork or high-resolution files and keep codes large enough for your scanners.
What is your returns policy for personalised labels?
Because these are personalised / made-to-order, returns are not available unless the items are faulty or there is an error on our part.
Can I order more than one design?
Pricing is typically based on one design. If you need multiple designs in one run, contact us and we’ll advise the best way to order.

We use DHL Ecommerce UK, DPD, APC, or Royal Mail Tracked 24, depending on the weight of your parcel.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive email and text updates (if a mobile number is provided). A signature is usually required upon delivery.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your print will be as good as the file supplied — so sending the right format makes a big difference.
