Our online platform simplifies the process of creating a personalised tape in three easy steps, with 48mm, 50mm, 72mm or 75mm options available in acrylic, hot melt, Vinyl, machine tape, and kraft paper tape.
- Choose your tape material, Acrylic (PP), Hot melt (PP) Vinyl (PVC) or Paper (Hot melt)
- Decide which size best suits your needs
- Which base colour is more suitable
- Select how many colours are in your artwork (1, 2 or 3 colour print)
- Enter the number of rolls you require
- Delivery will be 20 working days from approval of artwork
- Up to 18" Max design with 3.5mm gaps top and bottom.

Following your order placement, upload your print-ready artwork. Utilize colors from the Pantone® Coated Library, avoiding CMYK, RGB, or unnamed spot colors. Ensure the full design fits within the printable area without bleed. Submit as a print-ready PDF with vector-only design and outlined or embedded fonts. If you're not sure, give us a call to discuss.

Packaging Tape Materials
Our PVC/Vinyl branded packing tape comes in 48mm and 72mm in width and up to 66 metres in length, (Machine Rolls Available) or you can select a more eco-friendly printed packing tape with our paper-based option which comes in two widths - either 50mm or 75mm. It looks a little like masking tape, but it’s got a permanent strong adhesive to keep your gifts secure!
Hotmelt Polyproylene Tape
Cost-effective tape with hot melt adhesive for packaging, bundling, and sealing cartons. Compatible with standard tape guns.

Vinyl Solvent Tape
An exceptional quality tape and the optimal choice if your design contains multiple colors that require precise registration. It is advised to use a standard tape dispenser as the tape is robust and less prone to tearing.

Paper Tape (Hotmelt)
The most ecologically conscious tape choice. When used on a cardboard box, it is recyclable.

Storage conditions
To achieve peak performance, the tapes must be stored in temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C, within a cool, sanitary environment.
