All materials are available across the A5 range, with options suitable for laser printers, inkjet printers, photocopying, handwriting, as well as digital and litho presses, depending on the material selected. Our most popular option is matt white permanent, which is kept in stock and available for fast dispatch on weekdays when ordered before 3pm.

Delivery typically takes 2 working days and costs £14.99.

Returns & Exchanges

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

All products come with a 30-day returns policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.

Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.

Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Tip: Double-check your label type, size and material before ordering to avoid delays or extra costs.

If you would like us to print your A5 labels for you, the quality of the finished print depends on the quality of the artwork supplied. Sending the right file format helps us achieve the best result.

Helpful guidelines

• Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images
• If your design includes fine text or detailed graphics, vector artwork is strongly recommended
• Set artwork to the correct size where possible
• If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll let you know if anything needs adjusting before print
