Our aim is to get your labels to you fast. All items, apart from made to order products, are in stock and will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm weekdays, outreach destinations may incur an extra day.

Delivery Options
Premium 24 Hour Delivery
We use either Dhl Ecommerce Uk, DPD, APC or a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service depending on the weight of your package. The moment your parcel has been dispatched, we will keep you advised with its progress via email and text message (if a mobile number is provided). We usually request a signature. Our Premium delivery is available to all UK postcodes from £4.99, however, if your order is over £50.00 then this is FREE.
Tracked Deliveries
We only offer the best services here, so a fully tracked service is the bare minimum. For a standard tracked 2-5 working days is just £2.99 - a tracked 48 - 2-3 days is £3.99 - a tracked 24 1-2 days is £4.99, making us the ideal choice for getting your labels fast. All tracking comes with email and mobile updates if these are provided on order, making things simple and keeping you in control.
AM Deliveries / Or Saturday
AM deliveries Monday to Friday are available from just £9.99, if you place your order on a Friday and need them on Saturday, then there is an option for a Saturday delivery for just £9.99.
Made to order delivery
Any made to order items we aim to dispatch within just 48 hours, unless new tooling is involved which will delay this by an extra day or two. but we'll always keep you in the loop.
Delivery to Outreach Destinations
We use DPD for our courier services to outreach locations, but are usually a 2 working day service at a cost of £14.99.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Excahnges
We do not offer excahnges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product. You will have to place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund. once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed which can take 1-2 business days.
