Once dispatched, you'll receive email and text updates when a mobile number has been provided. A signature is usually required upon delivery.

Returns
If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All stocked products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Ordered the wrong size?
We don't exchange labels if the wrong product or size has been ordered. Simply place a new order for the correct labels and return the unwanted stocked items for a refund.
Check the label dimensions and number of labels per sheet before ordering to make sure you've selected the correct layout.
Our coloured A4 labels are designed for printing with both laser and inkjet printers. A few simple checks before printing can help you get the best alignment and finish.
Download the correct template
Use the template that matches the exact label size you've selected. Our templates help position text, logos and other artwork correctly within each label.
Test your alignment first
Before printing onto a label sheet, print your design onto ordinary A4 paper and place it behind the label sheet. Hold both sheets up to the light to check that the artwork lines up correctly with each label.
Check your printer settings
- Use the correct A4 paper size
- Print at 100% or actual size
- Do not use “Fit to page” unless your template specifically requires it
- Check your printer's recommended media or paper setting
- Use the manual feed tray where recommended by your printer manufacturer
