Our A4 inkjet labels are designed to produce sharp text, vibrant colours and reliable print results on standard inkjet printers. Whether you need labels for product packaging, addresses, bottles, jars, crafts, promotions or everyday office use, our inkjet label range includes a wide choice of finishes and adhesives.
Choose from gloss white inkjet labels, matt white paper labels, transparent inkjet labels, recycled paper labels, brown kraft labels, removable paper labels, coloured paper labels, fluorescent labels, opaque blockout labels and freezer labels.
Each material offers different benefits. Gloss labels are ideal when you want brighter colours and a polished finish, while matt paper is a practical choice for addresses, office labels and handwriting. Transparent labels create a clean no-label look, kraft and recycled options suit natural or eco-conscious branding, and removable, freezer and blockout materials are designed for more specialist applications.
Our inkjet-compatible labels are available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and pack quantities. They are suitable for most Epson, Canon, HP and Brother inkjet printers, although printer settings may need adjusting to suit the selected material.

Inkjet labels are a versatile choice for both home and business printing. The best material will depend on the finish you want, the surface you are applying the label to and how the finished item will be used.
Product Labels & Retail Packaging
Gloss white, matt white, transparent, kraft and recycled inkjet labels are all popular for product branding. Use them on jars, bottles, boxes, pouches, candles, soaps, cosmetics and handmade goods.
Address & Shipping Labels
Matt white paper labels are an excellent everyday option for addresses, return labels, parcels, envelopes and office mailings. Their non-reflective surface also makes them easy to write on when needed.
Bottle, Jar & Glass Labels
Gloss white labels create a bright, polished result, while transparent inkjet labels allow the bottle or jar underneath to remain visible for a premium no-label appearance.
Crafts, Gifts & Handmade Products
Brown kraft, coloured, recycled and matt paper labels are ideal for craft projects, gift packaging, wedding favours, handmade products, school projects and personalised decorations.
Promotions, Pricing & High-Visibility Labels
Fluorescent and coloured paper labels are useful for sale stickers, special offers, warnings, pricing, stock identification and colour-coded systems.
Temporary Labelling
Removable paper labels are designed for applications where the label may need to be taken off cleanly, including temporary pricing, events, storage containers and short-term organisation.
Relabelling & Covering Existing Information
Opaque blockout labels are designed to hide existing text, barcodes or old labels, making them useful when reusing packaging or correcting printed information.
Freezer & Cold-Storage Applications
Freezer labels use an adhesive intended for cold environments and are suitable for frozen food packaging, storage containers and other temperature-controlled applications.
Office, Warehouse & Home Organisation
Inkjet labels can be used for files, folders, shelving, storage boxes, stock control, colour coding, barcodes, QR codes and general identification.

What are inkjet labels?
Inkjet labels are label sheets with a printable face material designed to accept liquid ink from an inkjet printer. They are available in different finishes, colours and adhesive types.
Which inkjet label materials do you offer?
Our range includes gloss white, matt white paper, transparent, recycled paper, brown kraft, removable paper, coloured paper, fluorescent, opaque blockout and freezer labels.
Are these labels compatible with Epson, Canon, HP and Brother printers?
Yes, our inkjet-compatible labels are suitable for most standard Epson, Canon, HP and Brother inkjet printers. Always check your printer can accept A4 label sheets and adjust the media setting for the chosen material.
Can inkjet labels be used in a laser printer?
Only use a label in a laser printer when the individual product states that it is laser compatible. Materials made specifically for inkjet printing may not withstand the heat generated by a laser printer.
Are inkjet labels waterproof?
No standard inkjet-printed label should be treated as fully waterproof because ordinary inkjet ink can run or fade when exposed to water. Some materials may resist light splashes, but the printed result depends on the ink used and should be tested for the intended application.
What is the difference between gloss and matt inkjet labels?
Gloss inkjet labels provide a shiny, polished appearance and are ideal for vibrant product labels. Matt labels have a non-reflective finish, are suitable for everyday use and are generally easier to write on.
Which inkjet labels are best for product packaging?
Gloss white labels are ideal for bright, polished branding. Transparent labels create a no-label look, while kraft and recycled labels work well for natural, handmade or eco-conscious packaging.
Which labels are best for address and shipping labels?
Matt white paper labels are usually the best choice for addresses, envelopes, parcels and general office mailings because they print clearly and are easy to write on.
Do you offer transparent inkjet labels?
Yes, our transparent gloss inkjet labels are ideal for bottles, jars, glass, candles and products where you want the surface underneath to remain visible.
Do you offer removable inkjet labels?
Yes, our removable paper labels are suitable for temporary applications where clean removal is important.
Can I print barcodes and QR codes on inkjet labels?
Yes. Use high-contrast artwork, print at a suitable resolution and leave enough clear space around the code. We recommend testing the finished print with the scanner or mobile device that will be used.
What printer settings should I use?
Use A4 paper size, print at 100% or Actual size and choose a media setting suited to the material. Gloss labels may print best using a glossy or photo-paper setting. Always run a test print first.
How long should I leave inkjet labels to dry?
Drying time varies by printer, ink coverage and material. Allow the print to dry fully before touching, stacking or applying the labels, particularly when printing onto a gloss or transparent surface.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Contact our team if you would like to check a material, finish or adhesive before placing a larger order.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
