Can I print these address labels at home?
Yes — they’re designed for home printing. Use a matching template, print at 100% / “Actual size”, then peel and stick.
What printers can I use?
Most inkjet and laser printers, plus photocopiers. Always do a quick test print on plain paper first.
How do I make sure the text lines up on the labels?
Use the correct template for your label size, ensure paper size is A4, and print at 100% / “Actual size” (not “Fit to page”).
Can I print lots of address labels from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes — import your list into Word using mail merge, or copy/paste into the template. It’s ideal for bulk address lists.
Should I print at “Actual size” or “Fit to page”?
Always print at 100% / “Actual size”. Avoid “Fit to page” or any scaling, as this can shift alignment.
What printer settings should I use?
Select “Labels” if available, or “Heavyweight/Thick paper”. For inkjets, a “Matte” setting can improve quality. If unsure, test and adjust.
Why are my address labels smudging?
Usually due to the wrong paper setting or handling too soon (inkjet). Try a thicker paper/label setting and allow extra drying time.
My labels look fine on screen but print misaligned — why?
Common causes are printing with scaling enabled, selecting the wrong paper size (must be A4), or using the wrong template layout.
Are the labels removable?
They use a strong permanent adhesive to stay put. Removal depends on the surface and how long they’ve been applied.

What files do you need if I choose print?
A spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets export) is perfect for address lists. If you have artwork, a vector PDF is best. High-resolution PNG/JPG is also accepted.

When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are dispatched same day (weekdays) when ordered before 3pm, excluding made-to-order/printed items.

We use DPD for courier services to outreach locations.
Delivery typically takes 2 working days and costs £14.99.
Please note: outreach and remote areas may take an extra day for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
Printed / made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.
Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.
Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

- Keep text a safe distance from label edges for clean trimming and consistent placement
