Choose from cost-effective polypropylene tape, premium vinyl solvent tape for strong registration, or paper tape for a more eco-conscious option. All designs are printed using PANTONE® colours, not CMYK, so for the best match please choose from the PANTONE® Coated Library.
Pro tip: there is a small gap between repeats on printed tape, so we do not recommend using a solid full-background colour across the entire design.

Storage conditions
For best performance, store tape in its original packaging in a dry atmosphere away from direct sunlight. Tape performance is guaranteed within 6 months when stored correctly.
What can I have printed on my tape?
You can print logos, company names, websites, handling instructions, warning text, promotional messages and other simple branding elements, depending on the tape type and artwork supplied.
How many colours can you print?
We can print up to 3 colours single-sided, depending on the tape specification selected.
Are colours printed in CMYK or Pantone?
Tape is printed in PANTONE® colours, not CMYK, to help achieve a more consistent branded result. For the best match, choose colours from the PANTONE® Coated Library.
What tape materials do you offer?
We offer hotmelt polypropylene tape, vinyl solvent tape and paper tape, depending on your application and packaging requirements.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by tape type. Common options include 48mm and 72mm widths for polypropylene and vinyl, plus 50mm and 75mm widths for paper tape.
Can I get a proof before production?
Yes. Your artwork must be uploaded as a vectored AI, EPS, SVG or PDF file so an artwork proof can be drawn up before production.
What happens if my artwork has an issue?
If there is a problem with the supplied file, we’ll contact you so it can be corrected before production goes ahead.
What is the lead time for custom printed tape?
Lead time is typically 12–14 working days from proof approval.
Can I use this tape with a standard tape gun?
Yes — hotmelt polypropylene tape is suitable for use with standard tape dispensers, and selected formats are also suitable for machine application.
Is paper tape the eco-friendly option?
Yes — paper tape is the more eco-conscious choice and, when used on a cardboard box, can support recyclable packaging.
What are the storage conditions?
For best performance, tape should be stored between 15°C and 25°C in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Can I return custom printed tape?
Because printed tape is made to order, returns are not accepted unless goods are faulty. Where goods are confirmed faulty, they will be reproduced.

Returns
Because these products are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the goods are faulty. If a fault is confirmed, the goods will be reproduced.
