Can I write on these labels?
Yes, while they’re primarily designed for inkjet printing, you can also handwrite on them if needed. For best results, use a permanent marker and allow ink to dry.

They are not fully waterproof. For moisture-heavy or outdoor use, choose our waterproof polyester labels.
Will the ink smudge on gloss inkjet labels?
These labels are designed for inkjet printing and are smudge-resistant once dry. Allow a little extra drying time, especially with heavy ink coverage, before handling.
What printer settings should I use for the best print quality?
For most printers, try “Photo paper” or “Glossy paper” settings and choose a high quality/Best setting. Always do a quick test print first.
Do you provide templates?
Yes, templates are available to make printing fast, accurate, and professional.
My template looks correct on screen but prints misaligned — why?
This is usually caused by print scaling (not printing at 100%), selecting the wrong paper size (must be A4), or printer margin settings. Re-check A4 + 100% and confirm the correct template.
Can I print barcodes or QR codes on these labels?
Yes. For reliable scanning, use high contrast, keep codes large enough for your scanner, and avoid placing codes too close to label edges.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Stocked orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Next-day delivery options are available.

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.
Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.
Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
