Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Free next-day delivery is available on orders over £50.
How do I get the best print alignment?
Use the correct template for your label size, select A4 paper, and print at 100% / “Actual size”. We recommend a quick test print on plain paper first.
Do recycled labels work in laser printers?
Yes — they’re laser compatible. For best results, use your printer’s normal label or paper setting and allow prints to cool before stacking.
Will the recycled paper look different from bright white labels?
Recycled paper can have a slightly more natural tone compared with ultra-bright white sheets. This is normal and works well for eco-friendly branding.
Will they stick to cardboard, glass, and plastic?
They stick well to many common surfaces like cardboard and glass. For plastics, results can vary depending on the finish — for best adhesion, apply to clean, dry surfaces.
Are these labels waterproof?
These are paper labels, so they are not fully waterproof. For moisture-heavy or outdoor environments, we recommend waterproof polyester labels.

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.
Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.
Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your print will be as good as the file supplied — so sending the right format makes a big difference.
