Freezer Labels – A4 Sheets for Laser & Inkjet Printers
Why choose Go2Products?
Rated Excellent by our customers
Our freezer labels are designed for frozen food, freezer bags, containers, boxes and cold-storage applications. Supplied on A4 sheets with a specialist freezer-grade adhesive, they remain effective at temperatures down to -40°C and are suitable for both inkjet and laser printers.
Made from matt white paper with a wood-free kraft backing, these freezer adhesive labels provide strong initial tack and reliable long-term adhesion in deep-freeze conditions. They can be printed at home or in the workplace, or written on by hand for quick date coding, contents, batch information and freezer organisation.
Choose from a wide range of rectangular and circular sizes for food labelling, meal prep, commercial kitchens, cold stores, medical samples and general freezer storage. For other food and packaging applications, explore our food labels range.
Why use freezer labels instead of standard labels?
Standard labels may lose adhesion when exposed to very low temperatures and cold-storage conditions. Our freezer labels use a specialist adhesive designed to maintain adhesion at temperatures down to -40°C.
For best performance, apply your freezer labels to a clean, dry surface before placing the product into the freezer. Avoid applying labels directly onto frost, ice or wet packaging, as this can reduce adhesion.
Need a different type of label?
If freezer-grade adhesive isn't required, browse our full range of blank A4 labels for printing yourself. If you'd prefer us to print your artwork for you, our personalised printed labels are available in a wide choice of sizes and materials.
For products exposed to water, moisture or regular handling, you may also want to consider our waterproof label options rather than paper freezer labels.

Our freezer labels are suitable for both business and home use wherever labels need to remain securely attached in chilled or frozen conditions.
Frozen Food Labels
Ideal for labelling frozen food packaging with ingredients, allergens, product information, batch codes and use-by or best-before dates. If you need labels for other food products and packaging, visit our food labels section.
Meal Prep & Portion Labelling
Use freezer labels to identify meals, portion sizes, cooking instructions, preparation dates and defrost-by dates on food containers, tubs and freezer bags. This makes it easier to organise frozen food and reduce unnecessary waste.
Commercial Kitchens & Catering
Suitable for restaurants, cafés, takeaways, caterers and commercial kitchens where frozen ingredients and prepared food need to be clearly identified and rotated. Labels can be used for dates, contents, batch information and kitchen stock-control systems.
Frozen Stock & Cold Stores
Freezer labels can also be used on cold-storage boxes, containers, racking, totes and stock locations where ordinary adhesive labels may struggle in low-temperature environments.
Medical & Laboratory Labelling
Suitable for identifying samples and other stored items where labels need to remain attached in cold conditions. The freezer-grade adhesive remains effective down to -40°C, subject to the application surface and storage conditions.
Pharmacy & Healthcare Storage
Useful for identifying applicable chilled or frozen stored items with dates, contents, batch details and handling information.
Home Freezer Organisation
Use them at home for meat, fish, batch cooking, leftovers and meal preparation. Simply print or write the contents and date onto the matt white surface before placing the item into the freezer.
Download ready-to-use label templates for popular software to help line up your artwork or text accurately before printing.

What temperature are these freezer labels rated for?
They're designed for deep-freeze conditions and the adhesive remains effective down to -40°C once applied and placed into the freezer.
What are freezer labels made from?
They use a matt white paper face with a wood-free kraft backing paper, combined with a specialist freezer-grade adhesive.
Can I print freezer labels with a laser or inkjet printer?
Yes. Our A4 freezer labels are suitable for both inkjet and laser printers. Use the correct template for your chosen size and print at 100% / "Actual size" for the best alignment.
Do freezer labels stick to frozen or icy packaging?
For best performance, apply the label to a clean, dry surface before freezing. Applying directly onto frost, ice or wet surfaces can reduce adhesion.
What surfaces do freezer labels work best on?
They perform best on smooth, clean surfaces such as plastic tubs, glass jars, cardboard cartons and many freezer bags. Textured or heavily powdered surfaces may reduce bonding, so a test label is recommended if you're unsure.
Will the labels stay readable in the freezer?
Yes. Using the correct printer settings helps keep printed text sharp and clear. If you're writing on the labels by hand, we recommend using a permanent marker.
Can I write on these freezer labels by hand?
Yes. The matt paper surface is suitable for handwriting. A permanent marker is recommended for the best results, particularly in cold or damp conditions.
Are freezer labels waterproof?
These are paper freezer labels designed specifically for low-temperature adhesion; they are not fully waterproof. If your labels will be exposed to frequent wiping, splashes or wet handling, a waterproof synthetic label may be more suitable.
How do I get the best print alignment?
Download the correct template for your selected label size, select A4 paper and print at 100% / "Actual size". We recommend making a test print on plain paper before printing your label sheets.
Do you offer samples?
If you'd like to test the labels on your exact packaging and in your freezer conditions, contact our sales team and we'll advise on the best way to sample the material before placing a larger order.
Are freezer labels suitable for food labelling?
They can be used for food labelling applications such as date coding, batch marking, ingredients and allergen information where a freezer-grade adhesive is required. For more food labelling options, visit our food labels range.
