Gloss white laser labels on A4 sheets are a great choice when you want a brighter, more polished finish than a standard matt paper label. Are these labels compatible with my printer?
Yes. These gloss white labels are designed for laser printers and photocopiers. They are not intended for inkjet printing.

No. These are gloss paper labels and are not fully waterproof. For moisture-heavy, chilled or outdoor applications, choose our waterproof polyester labels.

Do you offer templates?
Yes. We provide free Word and PDF templates for many of our round and rectangle A4 label sizes.

Absolutely. We offer packs from 10 to 1,000 sheets, with multi-buy discounts available. For larger wholesale or pallet quantities, contact our sales team.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked gloss white laser labels ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. UK orders over £60 qualify for free delivery.
Do you have gloss labels for inkjet printers?
Yes. If you use an inkjet printer, choose our Gloss White Inkjet Labels instead, as this laser material is not designed for inkjet printing.

Returns & Exchanges

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.
Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.
Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your print will be as good as the file supplied — so sending the right format makes a big difference.
