Made-to-order labels
Made-to-order products are normally dispatched within 3 working days. Where new tooling or a bespoke cutter is required, additional production time may be needed.
Returns
All standard products come with a 30-day returns policy. If your labels arrive damaged, defective or are not what you ordered, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Made-to-order and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage where the return is not caused by a fault or an error on our part.
