Made-to-order labels
Made-to-order products are normally dispatched within 3 working days. Where new tooling is required, production may take a little longer and we'll keep you informed.
Remote destinations
Remote and offshore destinations may take an additional working day.
Returns
If an item is damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue.
Made-to-order and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Stock products are covered by our 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges if you've ordered the wrong label size or product. Place a new order for the correct labels and return the unwanted stock product for a refund.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your finished print can only be as good as the artwork supplied, so using the correct file format makes a significant difference.
