Our 102mm x 102mm direct thermal roll labels are supplied on a 76mm core and are designed for use with compatible direct thermal label printers. The heat-sensitive label surface allows text, barcodes and other variable information to be printed without the need for ink, toner or a thermal transfer ribbon.
Each roll contains 1,500 blank white labels, with 6 rolls per box, giving you 9,000 labels per box. The labels feature a high-tack permanent adhesive with a honey glassine backing. The roll is perforated between every label for easy separation.
Direct thermal printing with no ribbon required
Direct thermal labels use a heat-sensitive surface that reacts to the thermal printhead inside a compatible printer. This means there is no separate ink, toner or thermal transfer ribbon to replace when printing these labels.
