Choose a layout that matches your Seller Central barcode file and the space available on your packaging. A larger label can give more room for the barcode and readable product information; the smallest sizes are not appropriate for every FNSKU design.

What are Amazon FBA labels?
Amazon FBA labels are used to identify products being sent to Amazon fulfilment centres. Many sellers use FNSKU barcode labels on individual units so Amazon can identify their inventory.
Can I print Amazon FBA labels using a thermal printer?

What is an FNSKU barcode?
An FNSKU is an Amazon fulfilment identifier associated with a product listing and seller inventory. Download the correct barcode artwork from your Amazon Seller Central account.
Do all Amazon FBA products need FNSKU labels?
Not necessarily. Barcode requirements depend on the product and your Amazon seller arrangements. Check the current requirements in Seller Central before labelling stock.
Which Amazon FBA label size should I choose?
Choose a size that fits the barcode artwork generated in Seller Central and meets Amazon’s current readability and placement rules. Popular sheet layouts include 21 and 24 labels per A4 sheet.
Can I print Amazon FBA labels using an inkjet or laser printer?

How should I prepare my FNSKU artwork?
Supply a clear, high-resolution PDF or suitable print-ready barcode artwork from Amazon Seller Central. Avoid screenshots, stretched barcodes or blurred images.
Can I use the same barcode on different products?
Use the barcode Amazon assigns to each specific product and inventory arrangement. Do not reuse a barcode across unrelated products.
Can FNSKU labels cover existing product barcodes?
Where Amazon requires an Amazon barcode, the existing scannable product barcode may need to be covered so only the correct barcode can be scanned. Follow Amazon’s current guidance for your inventory.
Are your labels waterproof or removable?
These are matt white paper labels with permanent adhesive, not waterproof labels. For other materials or specialist adhesives, contact us about made-to-order labels.
Can I print FBA shipping labels on these sheets?
These sizes are primarily for individual product identification labels. Larger carton and shipping labels use different formats; check the label generated by Amazon before choosing a product.
When will blank Amazon FBA labels arrive?
Blank labels ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday qualify for next working day delivery under our stated service, subject to postcode and carrier exceptions.

Printed Amazon FBA labels are dispatched within 3 working days, subject to receiving suitable artwork and any required approval.

Printed labels are dispatched within 3 working days, subject to receipt of usable artwork and any required proof approval. Delivery follows dispatch and is not included in the production lead time.

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Standard blank labels are covered by our applicable returns policy. Personalised printed labels are generally non-returnable for change of mind, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
