Brown Kraft Paper A4 Labels – Round & Rectangle
Why choose Go2Products?
Rated Excellent by our customers
Give products and packaging a distinctive natural finish with our brown kraft paper labels. Supplied on A4 sheets in a wide choice of round and rectangle label sizes, they are ideal for businesses, makers and brands looking for kraft labels that can be printed at home or in the workplace.
The warm brown paper has a subtle pin-stripe texture, giving the material more character than a standard smooth paper label while retaining a clean, professional appearance. The natural finish works particularly well for product labels, packaging labels, jar labels, bottle labels, candle labels, gift labels and handmade product branding.
Our brown kraft labels have a permanent adhesive and are suitable for inkjet and laser printers, photocopiers and handwriting. Because the material itself is brown, printed colours can appear more muted than they would on a white label; black and darker artwork is especially effective.
You can order the stocked sizes on this page blank or personalised. If you need a different size, shape, adhesive or specialist construction, see our made-to-order labels. You can also browse the wider brown kraft label range.
Brown kraft paper labels are particularly effective where the label is part of the overall packaging design rather than simply carrying information.
Product & Packaging Labels
The natural brown finish is ideal for boxes, bags, tissue paper, postal packaging and product containers. Use kraft labels for logos, product names, ingredients, instructions or simple branded packaging.
Jar, Honey & Food Packaging Labels
Kraft labels work especially well on glass jars and natural-style food packaging. They are a popular choice for honey, preserves, sauces, spices and small-batch products where a handcrafted appearance suits the brand.
Candle, Soap & Handmade Product Labels
The warm kraft finish complements candles, wax melts, soaps, cosmetics, gift boxes and other handmade products. It is particularly effective with simple black artwork, logos and typography.
Round Kraft Stickers
Our round brown kraft labels are useful for jar lids, packaging seals, gift packaging, product branding and logo stickers. Multiple stocked diameters are available across our brown kraft range.
Rectangle Kraft Labels
Rectangle sizes are suited to product information, addresses, boxes, jars, bottles, bags and larger packaging panels. Choosing the right dimensions allows the label to carry anything from a small logo to detailed product information.
Gift, Event & Seasonal Packaging
Use brown kraft stickers on wedding favours, Christmas packaging, party bags, gifts and event products. The paper can also be handwritten or stamped for smaller runs and personalised presentation.
Natural & Rustic Branding
The subtle pin-stripe texture and brown colour make these labels particularly suitable for brands built around handmade, artisan, vintage, botanical or natural-looking packaging.
Other Label Colours & Materials
If brown kraft is not quite the finish you need, we also stock several alternative A4 label materials. Choose our recycled paper labels for a predominantly white recycled finish with subtle coloured fibres, coloured A4 labels for red, green, yellow and blue options, or fluorescent labels when high visibility is more important.
For a more decorative premium finish, our metallic gold and silver labels provide a reflective appearance for laser printers. If you need a different size, adhesive or a more specialist material such as silver polyester, explore our made-to-order labels.
Not sure which finish to choose? Brown kraft is best suited to natural, artisan and rustic branding, while our other materials give you options for recycled, coloured, high-visibility, metallic and specialist applications.

What do brown kraft paper labels look like?
They have a warm natural brown appearance with a subtle pin-stripe texture. This gives the labels a distinctive, tactile finish that works particularly well with natural, rustic, handmade and premium packaging designs.
Can I print brown kraft labels with an inkjet printer?
Yes. These brown kraft paper labels are suitable for inkjet printers as well as laser printers and photocopiers. Always use the appropriate paper or label setting recommended by your printer manufacturer.
Can I print brown kraft labels with a laser printer?
Yes. The material is suitable for laser printing. Use the correct A4 template and print at 100% / Actual Size for the best alignment.
Can I order the kraft labels already printed?
Yes. The available sizes on this page can be ordered blank for printing yourself or personalised with your own design, logo or branding.
Will colours look different when printed on brown kraft?
Yes. The brown paper forms the background of the printed design, so colours generally appear darker or more muted than on a white label. Black and other dark artwork usually produces the strongest contrast.
Are brown kraft labels waterproof?
No. Brown kraft is a paper material and is not waterproof. For products exposed to moisture or water, choose a suitable waterproof label material instead.
Can I write or stamp on kraft labels?
Yes. The uncoated paper surface is suitable for handwriting and is also popular for rubber stamps and simple hand-finished packaging.
What are brown kraft labels commonly used for?
Popular applications include product packaging, jars, bottles, candles, soaps, handmade goods, gifts, food packaging, postal packaging, logo stickers and artisan branding.
Do you sell round brown kraft labels?
Yes. Brown kraft labels are available in a range of round as well as rectangle A4 sheet layouts. Browse our brown kraft label range to compare the available sizes.

Designing for brown kraft
Remember that brown kraft is not a white printing surface. The natural brown colour will influence the appearance of printed colours, so strong dark artwork and simple designs generally provide the greatest contrast.
Avoid screenshots and low-resolution images where possible. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send us what you have and we can check it before production.
