Choose a label with enough room for the address and a good fit on your packaging. Compare blank A4 layouts, compact printed sender labels and larger formats before ordering.

Start with the space on your envelope or parcel and the details you need to print. Compact sender details and a long recipient address can need different amounts of room.
Compare mailing layouts and larger sheet formats. Click a size to open its dedicated product, then choose the material and quantity you need. Check the selected stock and printer compatibility before ordering.

Check the sender name, address and any logo remain readable. Our printed return-label options include 38 × 21mm, 45 × 25mm and 63.5 × 38.1mm.
Try the complete address on a paper mock-up. Compare a compact mailing format such as 63.5 × 38.1mm with a wider option such as 99.1 × 38.1mm when lines are longer.
Measure the flat area of the packaging and keep the label away from edges, openings and seams. For a carrier-generated shipping label, use its specified layout and scale.
Blank and printed products may list dimensions differently. For example, the compact blank layout is 38.1 × 21.2mm, while our personalised return-label product lists 38 × 21mm. Match the specific product and template rather than assuming they are identical.
When you need more room for dispatch references, readable text or a supplied logistics layout, compare these larger formats. Match the label to the system’s required dimensions and test adhesion on the actual packaging.
A large area for parcel addresses, box identification or dispatch information when the layout fits.
One large label with a border around the sheet, for carton, pallet or other dispatch identification.
One full-sheet label for larger identification layouts. Check the printer’s printable area; a full A4 label does not mean borderless printing.
A large label is not automatically suitable for every pallet or carrier system. Check required dimensions, barcode scale and clear spaces. Choose the material and adhesive for the carton, wrapping or other surface and the conditions it will face. Keep the complete label and its codes on a suitable flat area.
Choose readable text and a comfortable fit on the packaging. Reducing the text to fit the smallest sticker can make the result difficult to read.
Ask for size adviceMultiply sheets by labels per sheet. For example, 10 sheets × 21 labels = 210 labels. At 14 per sheet, 10 sheets contains 140 labels.
Use the layout count for the product you choose. Consider allowing spare sheets for print tests and setup.
The number per sheet is only one part of a template. Width, height, gaps and margins also need to match. Use A4 and 100% or Actual Size with scaling turned off.
Choose mailing layouts in our blank address range, or browse general-purpose matt white sheets for office and product labelling as well as post.
Send the details or artwork to be printed. Choose personalised address labels or compact return-address stickers, and confirm the dimensions for that printed product.
Choose a label that fits the usable area of the envelope and leaves enough room for the complete address in readable text. Our blank options include 63.5 × 38.1mm at 21 per A4 sheet and 99.1 × 38.1mm at 14 per sheet. These are options to compare, rather than a universal size requirement.
For a simple recipient address, choose enough space for the complete details without wrapping over an edge or seam. For a carrier-generated shipping label, follow the size and format supplied by the carrier or booking system. Do not shrink or crop the output to fit an unrelated label size.
Our personalised return address product lists 38 × 21mm, 45 × 25mm and 63.5 × 38.1mm options. Choose one that fits your sender details clearly. Check the product selector because the dimensions listed for blank and printed ranges may differ.
It is the number of individual labels on one A4 sheet. For example, 21 labels per sheet means each sheet contains 21 labels. Multiply the number of sheets by the labels per sheet to calculate the total label count.
No. The label count alone does not identify the exact dimensions, margins or gaps. Match the full layout to your product and template before printing.
The dimensions are not identical. Our personalised return-address range lists a 38 × 21mm option, while our blank range includes 38.1 × 21.2mm. Use the exact dimensions and template specified for the product you order rather than assuming the layouts match.
Yes. A wider or taller label can provide room for a business name, extra address lines or other details. Try the longest address at actual size and keep the text clear of the label edge. Choose the layout that fits the content and packaging.
Use our label templates page and match the exact width, height, label count, gaps and margins. Select A4 and print at 100% or Actual Size with scaling off. Check alignment on plain paper first.
Yes. Our larger A4 formats include 199.6 × 143.5mm at two per sheet, 199.6 × 289.1mm at one per sheet and 210 × 297mm at one per sheet. Match the required dispatch or logistics layout, printer, material and adhesive to the application. Full-sheet label dimensions do not guarantee borderless printing.
