What are chemical peel & reveal labels?
They are multi-layer self-adhesive labels that create extra printable surfaces beneath the main visible label. They are useful for chemical, cleaning and household products where instructions, warnings, multilingual text or technical information would otherwise overcrowd the pack.
Can peel & reveal labels be used for cleaning products?
Yes. They can be produced for cleaners, detergents, laundry products, sanitisers, automotive chemicals, household treatments and other information-heavy products, subject to the container surface and required specification.
Can CLP information be printed on peel & reveal labels?
Peel & reveal constructions can provide additional space for supporting CLP-related and safety information. Mandatory information must still be displayed in the manner required by the rules applying to the specific product and market, so final compliant artwork remains the customer’s responsibility.
How many printed panels can you produce?
We can produce constructions with up to five printed panels, depending on label size, container shape, content requirements and opening method.
Can the reverse of the peel layer be printed?
Yes. The reverse of the peelable layer can carry instructions, translations, technical details or supporting product information.
Can the base panel underneath be printed?
Yes. The base panel can carry additional content and can be designed as a simpler black-only printed panel where appropriate to the specification.
Are chemical peel & reveal labels waterproof?
We offer durable synthetic materials and protective finishes designed for moisture, splashes and repeated handling. The exact resistance required should be discussed with us so the most suitable construction can be selected.
Can you print multiple languages?
Yes. Additional panels are particularly useful for products sold into multiple markets or where the same pack needs instructions and supporting information in several languages.
Can you print hazard pictograms?
Yes. We can reproduce supplied hazard pictograms and regulatory artwork as part of your approved print file. The product owner is responsible for ensuring the symbols, wording, size and placement are correct for the product and market.
Can chemical labels include QR codes?
Yes. QR codes can be used to link to extended instructions, technical resources, product pages or other digital information, subject to your own regulatory and content requirements.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples or test runs can help confirm adhesion, fit, material, print quality and peel performance before a larger production run.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. We can advise on bleed, safe areas, panel alignment, peel direction and how supplied information is arranged across the available printed surfaces. Regulatory classification and final compliance remain the customer’s responsibility.
