MORE SPACE. CLEANER DESIGN.
Why Candle Brands Use Peel & Reveal Labels
Candle jars, tins, diffusers and wax-melt packs can have limited printable space, especially when branding, safety details and product information all need to sit together. Peel & reveal labels add extra printable surfaces without increasing the visible label footprint.
Ingredients & CLP Details
Create dedicated space for fragrance, allergen or other product information supplied in your approved artwork.
Directions & Care
Add candle-burning instructions, diffuser directions, storage advice and other useful product guidance.
Premium Branding
Keep the visible face focused on your brand while detailed content sits neatly underneath.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Candle & Home Fragrance Peel & Reveal FAQs
What are candle peel & reveal labels?
They are multi-layer labels that create additional printable surfaces beneath the main visible label. They are useful when candle or home fragrance packaging needs to carry more information than will comfortably fit on one standard label face. See our main Peel & Reveal Labels hub for the wider range.
What information can go inside a peel & reveal candle label?
Inner panels can be used for safety information, directions, ingredients, fragrance details, CLP-related copy, multilingual text, batch information and other product content supplied in your approved artwork.
How many printed panels can you produce?
We can produce constructions with up to five printed panels, depending on label size, container shape and the required opening method.
Are peel & reveal labels suitable for candle jars?
Yes. They can be produced to suit glass jars, tins and other candle vessels, subject to the available label area, surface and chosen material. See our Candle Label Size Guide for practical size comparisons.
Can you produce labels for reed diffusers and wax melts?
Yes. The same multi-layer construction can be used for reed diffusers, wax melts, room sprays, oils and other home fragrance products.
Can the reverse of the peel layer be printed?
Yes. The reverse of the peelable layer can carry additional printed content. Black-only print is commonly used here for directions, translations or supporting product information.
Can the base panel underneath be printed in colour?
Yes. Depending on the construction, the base panel can carry colour print, while the reverse of the peelable layer is commonly used for black-only information such as directions, translations or supporting text.
Can you print white ink on clear candle labels?
Yes. High-opacity white ink can be used beneath colours and text on clear or metallic materials to maintain readability and strong colour while preserving transparent or metallic areas.
Can candle peel & reveal labels have premium finishes?
Yes. Depending on the construction, options can include matt or gloss laminates, foil, metallic materials, spot UV and raised varnish.
Can each fragrance have different artwork?
Yes. Digital production is ideal for ranges with multiple scents or SKUs because artwork can vary across the run without conventional printing plates.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples or short test runs can help check fit, material, colour, finish and opening action before a larger production run.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. We can advise on bleed, safe areas, panel alignment, peel direction and how your supplied information is arranged across the available printed surfaces.
