Biodegradable labels are an incredibly eco-friendly alternative to regular paper labels. Ours are made entirely from sugar cane waste and hemp linen fibre, making them our only material that can fully biodegrade while also being compostable and vegan friendly.

How do I get the best print alignment?
Use the correct template for your label size, select A4, and print at 100% / “Actual size”. We recommend a test print first (on plain paper) to confirm alignment.
Are these labels waterproof?
They’re not fully waterproof. If you need labels for wet areas, refrigeration, or outdoor use, we recommend waterproof polyester labels.

Returns & Exchanges

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
All products come with a 30-day returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on labels if you've ordered the wrong product.
Please place a new order for the correct labels, then return your unwanted items for a refund.
Once your items are back with us, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

To get the best possible print, we need good-quality artwork. Your print will be as good as the file supplied — so sending the right format makes a big difference.
