Address & Shipping Labels

Ideal for envelopes, parcels, boxes and mailers. Great for business dispatch, personal mailings, wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, party invites and thank-you cards. Import your data from a spreadsheet, print, peel and stick for a neat, consistent finish.

Returns & Logistics

Perfect for returns labels, routing labels, pick/pack identification, shelf/bin labels, and internal tracking. Add order numbers, barcodes and QR codes to speed up scanning and reduce errors.

Product Information & Retail

Use for product codes, batch numbers, ingredients, pricing, promotional flashes, and compliance notes. Excellent for barcodes/QR codes and “special offer” stickers to help products stand out.

Inventory & Storage Organisation

Label storage boxes, racking, folders, drawers, toolboxes and cable management. Great for creating clear, readable category systems in garages, stockrooms, and home offices.

Events, Name Tags & Signage

Use as name labels for events, meetings, classrooms and clubs. Also handy for temporary notices on packaging, clipboards, visitor passes, and table/place settings.

School & Home Use

Great for labelling school supplies, lunch boxes, books, stationery, and craft projects. Around the home they’re ideal for jars, spice tins, pantry containers, toy storage and general household organisation.

Craft, Handmade & Small Business Branding

Perfect for thank-you labels, “handmade by” stickers, small batch labelling, and simple branding on packaging. Add care instructions, social handles, or website URLs for a professional touch.

Office Admin & Filing

Use for file labels, folder tabs, archive boxes, document control, and equipment identification. Great for clear, consistent filing systems and easy retrieval.

Tip: For best results, match your label size to a template and run a quick test print on plain paper at 100% before printing onto label sheets.

Download ready-to-use templates for popular software so you can line everything up perfectly before you print.

Go2products A4 Sheet Labels are not made or endorsed by Avery. Avery is a trademark of CCL Industries Inc., registered in the UK and other countries. References to Avery are solely used to indicate compatibility for label sizes and templates.

What printers can I use with these labels?

Suitable for most inkjet and laser printers, photocopiers, and handwriting. Always run a test print first.

Are these labels template-compatible (Avery-compatible layouts)?

Yes — many of our label sizes match common template layouts. Use the Go2products templates page and select the template that matches your label size.

How do I make sure the print lines up correctly?

Use the correct template for your label size and do a test print on plain paper at 100% / “Actual size”. Hold it behind a label sheet to confirm alignment before printing onto labels.

Should I print at “Actual size” or “Fit to page”?

Always print at 100% / “Actual size”. Avoid “Fit to page”, “Scale to fit”, or any automatic scaling, as this can shift alignment.

What paper type setting should I choose?

Select “Labels” if available, or “Heavyweight/Thick paper”. For inkjets, a “Matte” setting can help. If unsure, start with a test print and adjust.

Why are my labels smudging?

Smudging is usually caused by incorrect paper settings, ink not drying fast enough (inkjet), or handling too soon. Try a thicker paper/label setting and allow extra drying time.

Why are my labels printing with faint text or streaks?

This is often due to low ink/toner, clogged inkjet nozzles, or dirty rollers. Run a printer clean/nozzle check and print a test page before using label sheets.

Can I print lots of labels at once from a spreadsheet?

Yes — you can import data from Excel/Google Sheets or use mail merge in Word. This is ideal for address labels, product codes and batch printing.

Can I print barcodes and QR codes on these labels?

Yes. For reliable scanning, use high contrast, keep codes large enough for your scanner, and avoid placing codes too close to label edges.

What file format is best for print-ready artwork?

A vector PDF at the correct finished size is best (with text outlined or fonts supplied). High-resolution PNG/JPG files are also accepted.

What does “vector PDF” mean and why is it better?

Vector artwork stays sharp at any size and prints cleanly — consider it best for small text, fine lines and logos.

What resolution should my image files be?

We recommend 300dpi at the final print size. Lower resolution files may look soft or pixelated, especially for small text or detailed logos.

My template looks right on screen, but prints misaligned — why?

Common causes are printing with scaling (not 100%), selecting the wrong paper size (must be A4), or printer margin settings. Re-check A4 + 100% and confirm the correct template.

Can I run label sheets through the printer more than once?

We don’t recommend re-feeding printed label sheets because it can cause jams and alignment shifts. If you must, test carefully on plain paper first and proceed slowly.

Are these labels removable?

These are supplied with a strong permanent adhesive designed to stay put. Removal depends on the surface and how long they’ve been applied.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes — buy 5 packs (5% off), 10 packs (10% off), 20 packs (20% off), 25 packs (25% off). Contact our sales team for larger bulk or pallet orders.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock items are dispatched same day (weekdays) when ordered before 3pm, excluding made-to-order items.

Can you check my artwork before printing?

Yes — if you’re unsure, send what you have and we can advise if anything needs tweaking before production.
